House of Purpose Ministries

Raising Leaders to Generations

Everyone feels welcome at House of Purpose.  You can come dressed as you are!  Our services are founded on prayer and feature contemporary worship and dynamic preaching of the Word.  After service we open up the resource room where we distribute items to people in need.  Some examples of supplies are food bags, hygiene kits, toilet paper, and clothes, but you never know what we might have in our room.

Raising leaders to Generations; resurrecting purpose, passion, and dreams; reaching a lost community!

Seeing people truly set free and delivered from bondages so that they become fully functional people who testify about what Jesus has done for them, serve their community, and realize the purpose for which God created them.

Anointing to see people set free from mental illness and addiction.  Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, because He has anointed Me to preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, to set at liberty those who are oppressed. Isa 9:2 The people who walk in darkness will see a great light; those who live in a dark land, the light will shine on them.

  • Take the church outside the 4 walls – hands, feet, and heart of Jesus on the street, especially the Colfax corridor.

  • Ministry to bikers including “one-percenters” which are outlaw biker clubs.  There are many bikers riding up and down Colfax who would not normally be attracted to a conventional church.

  • Mentoring non-profits, potential ministers, and leaders to significantly impact the city of Denver.

  • Mt 25:37-40 “Then the righteous will answer Him, saying, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry and feed You, or thirsty and give You drink? 38 When did we see You a stranger and take You in, or naked and clothe You? 39 Or when did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 And the King will answer and say to them, ‘Assuredly, I say to you, inasmuch as you did it to one of the least of these My brethren, you did it to Me.’

  • Total dependence upon God for ministry growth through prayer and the Word of God. 1 Cor 3:7 So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.

Zech 4:6 So he answered and said to me: “This is the word of the Lord to Zerubbabel: ‘Not by might nor by power, but by My Spirit,’ Says the Lord of hosts.

Acts 6:4 But we will give ourselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the word.
